Our client, a cutting edge biotech firm is looking to add an Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to their vastly growing team.
Senior Manager of Quality Assurance
The Senior Manager of Quality Assurance will play a critical role responsible for overseeing the company's Quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Senior Manager of Quality Assurance
- Oversee deviations and manage CAPAs for the quality department
- Maintain all aspects of the Quality Management System
- Conduct annual internal audits
- Responsible for document control and quality improvements
- Overseeing 8 direct reports and various indirect reports
The Senior Manager of Quality Assurance has the following qualifications:
- 6 years of people management experience (required).
- Experienced in hosting Federal and State inspections
- Bachelors Degree with relevant fields with 9 years of industry experience.
